We may be a little late to the Christmas mood-board party… but you know we weren’t going to miss it. 😂🎄

We’ve been asking. You’ve been answering. And most importantly, we’ve been listening.

When we showed you the black + white direction, almost 80% of you said YES. But we also heard those of you asking for a little red + green.

And then someone said “old-school downtown Dallas Neiman Marcus Christmas” and now I can’t unsee it. 😂

Soooo… we’re leaning ALL the way in. ❤️

This year, Christmas at The Space on South Side is giving you three completely different moods:

❤️ Vintage in Red — rich red draping, evergreen, chrome + a little old-school department-store Christmas magic.

🖤 Modern in Monochrome — black, white + chrome. Clean, editorial and modern.

🤍 Timeless in Ivory — soft ivory draping and a blank canvas for Christmas, branding, maternity, families, editorial… whatever you want to create.

One of our favorite shoots so far wasn’t even Christmas-related — a stunning birthday session by with our drapery set. She’s feminine, she’s fierce, she’s in her birthday era — and this shoot is proof that minimal can still be magnetic.

Because The Space on South Side isn’t your typical “preset Christmas studio.”
There’s no one-size-fits-all here. No pre-styled, over-the-top sets.
Just clean, modern, industrial backdrops and curated essentials — so every photographer can make the space entirely their own.

🎄 Okay, we know… everyone’s been dropping Christmas setups since like April — but we like to make an entrance. 😉
Christmas at The Space on South Side is officially live!

Our holiday setups are now ready for bookings — from our Perfect Red Wall and Textured Green Wall to the Cream Drapery Set and the Bo***ir Suite upstairs. Whether you’re going for festive, neutral, or something in between, this year’s designs were created to inspire creativity and give every photographer the freedom to make the space their own.

The Christmas sets will remain up through the end of December, so you’ll have plenty of time to shoot minis, lifestyle sessions, and content days.

✨ Photographer Reminder:
If you’re booking the space — especially for back-to-back sessions — please allow yourself enough time to adjust, restyle, and reset. We want every creative walking in after you to have the same clean, beautiful space you did. Treat it like you’d want to find it — fresh, organized, and ready to create.
