“From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with so much warmth, kindness, and compliments! I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. The ladies were hyping me up ALL DAY! They had me feeling good from the very beginning!

I started in the makeup chair, and my makeup turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL. From there, I tried on several different outfits, and the entire process was just so easy and smooth. I never felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable. I felt safe, relaxed, celebrated, and genuinely able to enjoy the experience.

I booked this session as a gift to myself as I prepare to step into a new chapter of my life as a wife, but I walked away with so much more than pictures. I left feeling EMPOWERED. I left feeling more CONFIDENT. I left feeling FREE. I left EXCITED. Most importantly, I left feeling even more comfortable in my own skin.

It was FUN! I laughed, I felt beautiful, I felt sexy, and I was able to just enjoy being ME.

I truly believe every woman should experience a bo***ir session at least once in her life, regardless of how you currently feel about yourself or your body. There is something so empowering about seeing yourself differently and allowing yourself to be celebrated exactly as you are. This was absolutely an investment in ME, and it was worth it.

I’m already looking forward to doing it again, and I cannot wait to gift a session to one of my friends because EVERY woman deserves to experience this feeling at least once!

September is Su***de Prevention Month 🤎

This is something that hits close to home for me in more ways than I’ll share here. I’ve loved people through some incredibly dark places, & I’ve known some of those dark places myself…

& that’s exactly why Sonder is the heart of everything I’ve built…
The realization that every person you pass is living a life just as complex, layered, beautiful, & sometimes painful as your own.

My work has given me such an intimate & extraordinary look into that & the way it has impacted my life is truly indescribable.

I meet women in every season of life. Women carrying grief, trauma, heartbreak, insecurity, loss, & battles you would NEVER know existed just by looking at them.

It’s reminded me over & over & over again that we truly never know what someone else is carrying.

So check on your people. Be softer with strangers. Tell people you love them while you have the chance.
& never underestimate what your kindness might mean to someone on a day you know nothing about.

If you’re the one in a dark place right now, please stay. There is still so much of your story you haven’t lived yet. 🥀

Then one day she woke up & decided it was time to take her power back 🥀 Today’s babe, mama of 3, booked our Velvet Collection for herself. We spent nearly 5 hours together glamming her up, having much needed girl talk, trying on so many incredible outfits from our client wardrobe, sharing many laughs & capturing her in a way she’s never seen before! The way I was screaming through every shot 🙌🏼 What an honor to show everyday women just how incredible they really are!

Friendly reminder: the women you see on my page, even this absolute stunner right here, are not models…

They’re moms. Single moms. Teachers. Nurses. Doctors. Therapists. Realtors. Nail techs. Hairstylists. Business owners. Stay-at-home moms. Bartenders. Accountants. First responders. Corporate women. College students. Women working 9–5s & women building businesses of their own.

They’re everyday women.

Some of them have never been professionally photographed before they walk into my studio. Some are nervous as hell. Some tell me they’re awkward. Some swear they aren’t photogenic. Some walk in with very little confidence in front of a camera.

And then, yes… some of them loved their first experience so much that they’ve been in front of my camera 5, 10, even 15 times. 😂

But they didn’t walk in knowing how to pose. They didn’t walk in with modeling experience & they definitely didn’t all walk in feeling confident.

That’s the whole point.

You don’t have to know what you’re doing. You don’t have to practice. You don’t have to become “more confident” before you book.

You just have to show up.

The posing, the direction, the angles, the little details, and helping you feel comfortable enough to let your guard down?

That’s my job. 🥀
