Not that the majority of IG people care, but I am going dark on IG and Facebook. I can not read or see anymore about the incoming administration. It truly is insane and I will judge how the country is doing by watching my grocery bill, gas prices, and crime rates. I pray for all of us, starting Jan 20th, 2025

Summer is ending but there are so many great memories over the past couple of months. We love having family and friends come to the great northwoods!! There were some hurdles that Tom and I needed to get through (mainly his broken shoulder aka humerus) but I can say that he has recovered after several weeks and therapy!! Good job, honey!
I took a roadtrip out to Montana with my two brothers and sister in law for my niece's wedding. It was a lot of miles but great times sharing stories while on the road and stopping at the "very important" sights along the way...world's biggest turkey, iron sculptures, North Dakota hail storms in the middle of nowhere while on our way to the Minuteman Missile Museum which also was in the middle of nowhere. Very interesting but extremely eerie to learn about it.
Also spent the beginning of summer up in Copper Harbor with most of the siblings, nieces and nephews and some new friends!
Oh yea, and last but not least, I got an E-bike!!! So much fun, even went with my very good buddy Jackie on the Green Circle Trail.
