Sometimes it is horrible. For instance, due to Covid…😵‍💫😵‍💫.. Oftentimes its okay and good. One can find harmony, be calm and restore energy. This is my happy place where I want to be totally isolated.

Everyone deserves that. Even just a few minutes in a day, all by yourself.
