Let's talk about my POST-session process ☀️
One thing I started last year that I will never go back from...
After your session, I upload EVERY. SINGLE. IMAGE from your session. Yep--all of them. The smiling ones, goofy ones, perfect ones, eyes closed & accidentally out of focused ones. ALL of them.
At first, I hesitated to do this because a part of me felt like it took away from the magic of my clients seeing their images for the first time fully edited. But honestly, I love it and my clients love it.
Not only do my clients get to choose the moments that matter most to them but they also get to truly see the difference between a raw image and the final hand edited version. They get to see just how much love, time and detail I pour into every single photograph.

Once your PROOF gallery is ready, you'll receive a pixieset link where you can go through and "favorite" the images you love most. It's super easy. Just click the little heart icon over each image as you scroll through.
Then the editing magic begins.✨
I take your favorites list and hand edit every single image one by one.
While editing I am:
- removing people from the background so it looks like we had the beach to ourselves.
- fixing fly away hairs that Gulf breeze and Alabama humidity gifts us with.
- straightening horizon lines
- adjusting lighting and skin tones
- cleaning up distractions
- polishing all the little details that bring your images to life.
Every single gallery is carefully crafted with intention because these are your memories.
Once editing is complete, your final gallery is delivered fully formatted for downloading and high quality printing wherever you'd like. (I can recommend a few labs I prefer! I'll make another post about printing labs)
This process has changed the experience for both me and my clients and I'm never going back! 🩵
