The feeling that you have somehow brightened someone’s day or uncovered a hidden window into nature’s gifts. The thrill of discovering beauty that exists beyond immediate perception. But also, it is the surge of happiness I get personally, camera in hand for hours on end as I revel in the sights all around us beckoning for me to capture and share. Although I was always the one taking the family pi

ctures, marking occasions and cherished memories, I never realized my passion until I got an iPhone. I’m an avid walker enjoying the outside beauty near the Connecticut shoreline or any place I visit, any chance I get. After taking some cool and interesting shots on my walks with my iPhone and then progressing through the upgrades, I finally made the leap to my first DSLR a few years ago. This opened up a whole new world for me and my passion began to take root and flourish. Not that my passion has turned into an obsession, but I must say that I get unparalleled enrichment and contentment capturing life around us and sharing the moments in time and alternative perspectives with my loved ones and with you! I hope you can also explore the wonder I’ve discovered in colors, lights, nature, water, reflections and the simple, yet profound beauty this world freely serves to us all to enjoy.
