After living in the Quad Cities for 5+ years, I finally visited Fejervary Park with my family—and I’m wondering why we waited so long. ✨

If you’re looking for a fun, unique spot to play and take pictures this summer with your littles, this is it. The tall surrounding trees create late-afternoon golden hour vibes, which means beautiful light without worrying about upsetting bedtime. 🌳☀️

Safe to say, my daughter loved it. 🤍

Meeting Sweet June Photography and her sweet family reminded me that photography slumps are okay.

Chloe was the spark that helped me realize something—I’m not a new photographer anymore.

I love being an open book (I’m also a published author) and helping newer photographers grow, especially fellow Sony photographers. There’s something so rewarding about encouraging others while remembering where you started.

And a big shoutout to Apollo & Ivy Photography - Iowa Family & Senior Photographer for helping me when I was first getting started. This week, I got to connect with her IRL while buying a wagon from her on Facebook Marketplace.

Talk about a full-circle moment. 🫶🏻

A rainbow for the rainbow baby. 🌈 Now I know how it feels when my clients get a rainbow in their pictures. Mia, the reason I became Renee Fisher Photography, was born 6 years after a miscarriage.
