Earlier Sunday night the world lost one of the kindest, thoughtful, caring human beings. Daniel P Mitchel. I met Dan over 25 years ago when I was still performing in pubs and restaurants. Dan owned and ran a place way up innorthern New Hampshire called Ole Susanna's. Over the years, Dan and I became good buddies and then good friends. He helped me out with my little music career at the time. The list of his good deeds would take pages of text. Suffice it to say Dan was self-less and put so many first before his own existence. Dan, I hate the fact you've left us. But I'm certain you're in such the better place and not suffering anymore. Rest well old friend. I'll surely miss you.
