I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the amount of support I had during the Davis Art Studio Tour. It truly filled my heart to have so many friends and family members share this moment, which I am positive is now a core memory for me.

I graduated with a BA in Art in the midst of the Pandemic, so was not able to hold my Senior Show to exhibit my artwork - I didn’t realize I had felt unfilled in my art journey in this aspect until this past weekend, where that part of me was healed from being surrounded by people I care about enjoying my artwork that was meant to be shared and read.

So, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to everyone who showed up (and to those of you who were interested but unable to make it). Community means the world to me, and am so grateful to have it with you all.

I am especially grateful that Adele was the catalyst of my participation in this tour, and offered me space and collaboration in her studio!

It was a joy observing my art students viewing my artwork at Pence Gallery, before they even knew it was mine!

Prepping for this piece, Kids These Days, to be shown in the YOU 2.0 show at Secret Spot tomorrow!

Took a trip into the *art*chives, and was reminded of all the variants of this piece. They took up my entire bedroom floor! And I almost forgot about its sister piece, Pick Your Poison, shown framed and completed next to the star of the show.

I will also have another piece of artwork on display tomorrow, just down the street at pence gallery! All this is leading up to the Davis Art Studio Tour, which Adele Shaw invited me to be a part of—I will be a guest in her studio, Circle A! You can find more info at the link in my bio.
