When you think of nostalgic summer, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? ☀️🇺🇸

For me, it’s ice-cold Coke bottles, rocket pops melting faster than you can eat them, waving little American flags, riding in the back of a truck, staying outside until the streetlights came on, and ending the day watching fireworks light up the sky! The kind of memories that somehow stay with you forever.

That’s exactly what inspired my All-American Summer Mini Sessions! Just a chance to slow down, soak up summer, and preserve the joy, connection, and carefree spirit that makes this season so special!

Home isn’t always found in the grand milestones. Sometimes it’s found in the everyday moments—sharing the front porch, throwing a tennis ball in the backyard, and spending time with the ones who make life sweeter. 💛

I always love photographing the Petowsky family and their two Golden boys! Their session was a perfect reminder that beautiful memories don’t require an elaborate location. Sometimes the best backdrop is simply the place where your life happens.

These are the photographs that grow more valuable with time because they capture this season exactly as it is.

Am I already dreaming of all things fall? 🍁
Also, yep!

Fall is my favorite time of year and with the increased heat and humidity, I can’t help but be ready for it! My thick girls get it! 😅

It’s been a minute since I’ve popped on the socials, but it’s been a whirlwind of chaos around here lately! 😵‍💫 “May-hem,” as we call it around here — end-of-school festivities, all the celebrations and events, plus Mother’s Day mixed in too! And this year felt a little extra emotional with a Kindergarten graduate and a 5th grade graduate over here too. 🤍

It’s been busy, chaotic, emotional, and fun all wrapped into one.
