David Say Photographer So How do I tell you a little bit about myself. I was that Kid who grew up dreaming of being a photographer and believing it was just a dream.

👉 Explore David Say’s photography at: www.davidsayphotographer.com My first inspiration came from watching my dad using a 1960’s brass body chinon manual 35mm film camera. All metal and had a very distinctive shutter sound. My first camera was a Kodak instamatic when I was 7. I went right

out and started taking pictures of close friends. Years later my dad gave me his manual camera and I am so glad. The constant changes in light was challenging and learning on a camera that made me think before taking each picture was and has been my greatest teacher. My greatest joy is being able to provide a lasting memory in my photos. I have many over the years that I hold onto dearly.

I have fond childhood memories when I hear a peacock singing. Takes me back to a young age and Grandma and Grandpa’s house. They had peacock on their farm and it was so much fun to see them when I would spend summers with them.
