This session feels entirely different looking back on it now.
Before motherhood. Before their sweet baby girl. Before the moving boxes and “for sale” signs.
Just a slow summer evening in the home that held the beginning of so much for them. The porch they spent quiet nights on, the living room that would soon hold newborn snuggles, the backyard dinners, the dogs at their feet, the ordinary little moments that never really feel important until they suddenly are.
These sweet neighbors directly across the street from me have shown me so much kindness over the years, so watching this season come to a close feels a little emotional honestly.
I think that’s why sessions like this matter so much to me. They become time capsules. Not just photos, but pieces of a season people will someday look back on and realize was everything.
At the end of this session is actually when they had announced to me that they were expecting.. so much love for this sweet family, cant wait to share a few of our last session togother. But i'll leave it here for now 💛
