I’m a creature of habit.
I crave change, yet somehow,
I’m also terrified of it.
And I can talk myself out of almost anything.
😑
So lately, I’ve been practicing being stronger than me.
Doing things I wouldn’t normally do. Going places I wouldn’t normally go. Choosing growth over comfort. Experience over familiarity.

They may seem like small things to someone else,
But I know what it took to push past myself to do them.
And I’m proud of that.

Sometimes growth isn’t becoming someone entirely new...
But just reminding yourself that it's okay to change the pattern, shift your mindset, and experience Life.

Stop Saying “Just Relax” to Nervous Clients! 😂
Your client doesn't have to know how to be comfortable in front of a camera. That's part of YOUR job behind it.

3 quick tips:

1. Give direction instead of reassurance.
Tell them exactly what to do:
“Shift your weight here. Drop that shoulder. Look toward me. Now look away.”
Giving Direction gives them something to focus on besides feeling awkward.

2. Keep them moving.
Walking, adjusting a jacket, fixing their hair, turning toward the light...
These small movements create more natural expressions rather than holding one pose forever.

3. Build their confidence while you're shooting.
When something looks great,
TELL THEM.
“Yes! That's exactly it! I Love that shot!”
