One of the most magical Weddings ✈️ 🤍

“We had just wrapped up the family photos at the church. The idea of including an airplane during the couples photo moment was heavy on my mind. So the bride and groom called up their friend who owned an airplane, because they loved the idea!!
Not 2 hours later, their friend flew his plane to the nearby airport, and we got the photos of a lifetime!!
It was windy and it was cold, but the sun was setting and the energy was perfect!
Congratulations again Jed + Ruth!!”

Always good times grabbing a fellow creator and making last-minute plans for a shoot!!
I had a vision/an idea that I shared with Jake, sent him some inspiration, and with help from Grace as well, we made it happen. I love it.

The creative mind has no limits 🌊✨

This journey of creativity has not been easy. It’s very difficult pursuing a career that is largely critiqued and judged on a regular basis because of how creativity is usually dependent on an individual. Specifically a photographer with no limit.

I’ve tried all the things
— people pleasing
— Adjusting my edit because somebody commented on it
— trying to be consistent with colors
— watching how other photographers are successful
— constantly being afraid people won’t like my work
— tearing myself apart for not being better
— giving my all, then not getting good results

All the things..

But at this point in my creative journey, I work full time, I’m awake at ungodly hours of the night because I love what I do, and I’m striving to learn more every. Single. Day. And there’s no better place I would rather be than this current phase of life God has me in.

I am so thankful He has gotten me this far, and I’m looking forward to the next step in life.

Huge thank you to these models! These are the result of a very last minute, spontaneous idea and they KILLED IT!

I don’t prioritize things anymore

But instead I prioritize people and relationships

Don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of things that are essential to living

But when it’s a choice on spending money on what you want

Or spending time with people you love

I don’t want things

Things don’t make core memories

People do
