My name is Erica, and I am the lady behind the lens here at Little Rose Photography. I am a wife to a really great guy and momma to three crazies living deep in the heart of Sycamore, IL. I have lived here my whole life and really couldn’t imagine life anywhere else! I first founded Little Rose Photography back at the beginning of 2016. My passion for all things art has been engrained in me since
I was little, but I didn’t always have a knack for photography. That came later on when my firstborn came along. Looking back on photos of my kids is bittersweet, but the photos that I have I wouldn’t trade for the world. I have already forgotten so much, so many things that were so prominent to me when they were smaller; so many little details, quirks, silly faces, and fun experiences with them. I want to remember all of this, which is why I do what I do. I set out to get to know each of my clients personally so that I can capture what makes them a family. My photos aren’t just stiff poses and fake smiles. My photos radiate love, happiness, beauty, and pure emotion.
