Huge garage sale August 1 and 2nd starting Friday at 4 o'clock. 1389 260th Ave., Delmar no early birds and I will not be able to answer questions as I'm still pulling items out. This is one garage sale. You are not going to want to miss. Large amount of outdoor Halloween and Christmas items. A lot are new. Everything you can imagine being on a farm I will have at the sale. Also, a lot of outdoor kids items and building supplies and tools. Legos at least 300 sets. Lots of Barnwood

Guys if you're looking for a garage sale like no other this is the one. Lots and lots and lots of stuff. There are Halloween decorations that are 12 to 15 foot tall lots and lots of Christmas stuff. Lots of farm stuff over 300 Lego sets this is one you don't wanna miss clearing house having to move getting rid of everything. No early birds and I don't have time to answer questions as I'm moving more stuff out every day. Hope to see you guys here!

Easter Minis:
PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST IF YOU WANT TO BOOK
March 22 and 24th to start and possibly a few weekends/weekdays.
$75 for a 15 minute session (kids only & probably 1 animal)
$125. for a 25 min session (longer kid session or family)

$25 deposit has to be Venmo’d as soon as I tell you a time and you choose it. I WON’T hold spots without a deposit so if you don’t Venmo right away that time will more then likely not be available. This comes off the overall price but if you cancel you lose it.

They’ll be outside and outside of Delmar, IA. I will have chicks, and bunnies for sure and hopefully a lamb and ducks.

All good pictures will be emailed to you. (I don’t limit the pictures, if they’re good you get them) please note if you’re doing a 15 minute session you’ll probably only have time for one animal. It takes a lot of time to pose the kids and animals so how many depends on how both do. The 25 min can be a longer time for kids or a family session. Absolutely NO extended families as there won’t be enough time. If you want pictures with cousins then ask to book back to back sessions.

Christmas Minis this Saturday the 16th and the 17th. These will be outside and a barn background. This is the smaller arch set up. I’ll have a large arch for families to stand under as well. 15 minute kid only session $100 unlimited pictures (you’ll get all the good pictures) or 25 minute session $150. I will try running this through November but no guarantees. There will be a $50 nonrefundable deposit to book. Message me if you’re interested in a spot.

Sorry for not responding to all of the messages. I will try to get back to them this week. We got to welcome my second grandson a little bit early yesterday. Most of you will know my son Andon as he helped me a lot when I did pictures.
