Hi, friends! 🤎

I realized I’ve been spending a lot more time behind the camera lately, but I haven’t really introduced myself over here—so I figured it was probably time!

I’m Cass, the girl behind Rae Horizon Photography.

I’m a wife, mama of five, and a farm girl living in a small farming community in Utah. The western lifestyle has always been a big part of my life, and you’ll probably find me in cowboy boots, wearing turquoise, drinking a Diet Coke, or stopping to admire a good sunset. 😂

I’ve been doing photography for the past nine years, on and off. It started as something I loved doing, and over the years it’s become something I’ve wanted to take more seriously and really build.

And there’s a reason photography means so much to me.

Through my own life experiences, I’ve learned that photographs can become so much more than just pictures. They can be the things we hold onto when we wish we could go back. They let us remember people, places, and little moments exactly as they were.

Because of that, I don’t want to just take photos that look pretty. I want to create photographs that actually mean something to you.

I love photographing people in the middle of the life they’re actually living—the connection between two people, the chaos and sweetness of a family, a girl and her horse, or simply a season of life you want to remember.

I’m really glad you’re here. Thanks for following along, supporting my work, and letting me share something I’ve loved for the last nine years. 🤎
