Over the holidays I noticed our client Peak Renovations & Design LLC turned down his ad spend. Leads were coming in, so I wondered why, were the leads not high-quality? So I called Josh to find out. Nope. There were just too many good leads! Not a bad problem to have.
It's great to see client success at this level! When your business has a steady stream of high-quality leads at a consistent cost, the path to scaling becomes clear. Now Josh is in the process of hiring W2 employees to keep up with the demand, all from less than $3,000 in ad spend.
It'd be unfair to attribute all of Josh's success to ads though. He runs an organized business, provides a specialized and high-quality service, and he's a great salesman. When we looked at his competitor's ads together, we saw an easy way for Peak Renovations to stand out— focus on specialization. If someone is getting ready to spend at least $5,000 on a bathroom, they don't want it done by someone who also does bathrooms, they want it done right from someone who has specialized experience.
