Sailer Sunday

This week I would like to share w with you one of my favorite Authors. With being in school for social work I have a deep love for wellness and mental health awareness.

My very favorite author is named Yung Pueblo. Yung Pueblo is a poet and philosopher who writes about personal transformation.
Some of my favorite books by him are
1. Clarity and Connection
2. Inward
3. Lighter
Yung Pueblo means “young people”
I use these books as a guide for personal reflective growth, wisdom & word that make you feel so heard.
I highly recommend you look him up or follow him on Instagram he has a way with words. You’ll thank me later.

Hey All! Just wanted to pop on here and tell little about my week. As some of you may know I am a full-time graduate student. I am going to school for Social work with the end goal of wanting to be a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. It’s been a busy week with my internship and classes.
