Wow. This family belongs in a magazine.
I absolutely loved photographing this sweet family and their newest little addition. The connection, the tiny details, the way they all fit together — these are the moments that make newborn photography so special.

One thing I know you won’t regret?
Having photos with your children as they grow.
Because one day, the little one you carried will be taller than you. The hand you held everywhere won’t be so little anymore. And somehow, one of them might already be packing for college.
So get in the photos with them.
Not just during the little years, but the teenage years, the awkward years, and the almost-grown years too.
You’ll never regret having photos together through every season of your family.

I’ve been lucky enough to photograph every one of these sweet babies as newborns, and somewhere along the way, clients turned into friends.
There’s something so special about having a family come back each time they welcome a new little one and getting to photograph all those tiny details again—this time with another proud big brother or sister in the mix.

Another baby boy on the way.
I love maternity sessions when there’s already a little one in the mix. It’s not just about documenting a growing bump anymore. It’s this tiny window before your family changes again and your little one suddenly becomes a big brother or sister.
We let their toddler be a toddler, kept things moving, and made sure we had plenty of moments with him mixed in with photos of mom and dad and some beautiful maternity portraits of just her.
Soon there will be two little boys in their arms, and I love that they’ll have these photos of what their family looked like right before they became four.

Outdoor or studio — let’s get those first birthday photos in. 🤍
Before the cake, the frosting and the mess, I love getting photos that show off all that personality at ONE.
Keep it simple in the studio or make it a family night outside. Either way, this is such a fun age to photograph.
How cool is that we did this first birthday photoshoot at the property this family is building their home on. How amazing will that be to have these hung up when it’s finished!?!

Expecting a fall baby? A little heads up — my September through November newborn calendar is starting to fill.
You don’t need to know exactly when your baby will arrive to reserve your session. I hold your due date on my calendar, then once baby is here, we schedule the actual session.

My newborn sessions are intentionally simple and baby-focused, with soft neutral tones, beautiful textures, and plenty of those tiny details that change so quickly.

I only take a limited number of newborns each month to leave flexibility around arrival dates, so if you’re expecting this fall, now is a good time to reach out.

Photographing repeat families is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Getting to see them again for their maternity session and document another exciting chapter is such an honor.
