How surreal that I’m getting birth inquiries for 2027?! Building this business has been so so challenging but truly the most rewarding experience! I’m so fu***ng grateful for each family that has allowed me to play even the smallest role in their birth experience!

2019 me… the version of me that faced full term stillbirth and lost all faith in my own body and in pregnancy and birth as an experience… would be so damn proud.

With that being said if you are pregnant and wanting doula support/birth photography, let’s talk! I have very limited availability for the rest of the year. ❤️

I don’t want you to remember me when you are recalling your birth.

I want you to remember them. Your partner. I want you to remember the way they held you. Both physically and emotionally. I want you to remember how you were safe to break and rebuild yourself in their arms.

And my job as your doula? It’s to fill in the gaps. To do the hip squeezes your partner might not be totally comfortable doing. To protect the space. My job is to ensure that your partner has had something to eat and a sip of water in the last 2 hours. To slow down the room when it’s time for decision making. My job is to be yours AND your partners thinking brain so that you both don’t have to. You don’t need me to take over your birth. You need someone who knows when to step in… and even more importantly when to step back.

And if I’ve done my job well? It won’t be me that you’re recalling from your birth… it will be them ❤️
