06/20/2020
2020, you are doing difficult yet magical things to weddings and love. You are resetting the ways we view and idealize our celebrations of marriages. You are teaching us to slow down. And while we slow down, you are teaching us to love in a different way. A way that cherishes every moment we have with one another in ways we didn't even know were possible. You've made traditions- like not seeing each other during the morning of a wedding day- turn into new traditions of getting ready together in your own bedroom. You've made a gathering with only 12 people feel like the biggest party & greatest gift.
Here's a little preview of Lindsay & Brendan's backyard wedding today. We laughed, sweat, cried, and for a moment, forgot all of our worries or troubles. I am so, so thankful to have been there to capture it all!
