Today is International Women’s Day.
These are my beautiful Ukrainian friends. I asked each of them to bring a flower that reminds them of Ukraine — a small piece of home held in their hands.
Four years have passed since the full-scale war began. And yet, just like every spring, the flowers bloom again.
I hope that today, Ukrainian women everywhere can pause to enjoy that beauty — even if only for a moment — because flowers carry our memories, our hope, and the promise that life continues.
