When we were ready to leave the church after their ceremony, we walked straight into what can only be described as a waterfall. 😂 The rain was coming down SO hard that there was really no avoiding it.

And just like that, we arrived at Pat’s Peak and the rain stopped. The skies stayed cloudy, but we didn’t care one bit. We were able to take all of their portraits outside on the patio, and it was pretty perfect.

But one of my favorite moments came later that evening, when they stepped away from the reception to exchange private vows. Just the two of them, taking a break from the day sharing their promises to one another. I was so honored to be there to photograph it.

Part 1 of 2 of Kelsey & Kyle’s pregnancy announcement session, because honestly, these two couldn’t take a bad photo!

Kelsey found me through a family member I photographed last summer while they were on vacation here (and who I get to photograph again tomorrow 🥹).

Kelsey and Kyle come up every summer all the way from Florida, and they wanted to document this special time. We got some of the most gorgeous soft light and storm clouds for their session. I love these photos so much, and I’m so glad they planned this session with me.

Emily, Bill, and the in-between to their new chapter ✨

Emily reached out for a last minute maternity session, and luckily I had an opening and was at their house the very next day. Their property had the most gorgeous hidden gems, and we finished off with some incredible golden hour light ☀️

The Pecue Family ✨

Sierra reached out to me for a dual purpose session to document their family, as well as celebrate Nora turning 1! How sweet is this little family, like are you kidding me?!

We last minute changed their session from a Sunday to Saturday, and thank goodness we did, because it ended up pouring the entire day Sunday! Sometimes the stars really do align just right - we had the perfect weather for them Saturday.
