Vermont fall photos are popular for a reason... and they’re some of my favorites. But outdoor sessions don’t work for everyone, and the weather doesn’t always cooperate.

So, I’ve put together this fall studio setup for anyone who wants an indoor option!

September weekends are booked, with limited weekday availability. I’m also booking outdoor fall portraits, studio fall sessions and Halloween shoots for October. Lots of irons in the fire over here!

VAMP — Halloween Studio Sessions

Ready to step into something a little darker this Halloween?

VAMP is a styled studio experience built around deep reds, lace, dramatic veils and that dark romantic vampire feel.

Beautiful and seductive, dark and gothic, or fangs-and-fake-blood full vampire — we’ll make it yours.

I’ll have the red gown, sheer lace dress, veils, gloves, gothic jewelry, goblet and other styling pieces ready. The wardrobe is labeled one-size-fits-most, and you’re always welcome to bring your own red or black pieces.

A quick wardrobe note: The red lace dress is sheer, so bring something to layer underneath — a black bodysuit, dress, slip, lingerie or whatever makes you comfortable. Layer as little or as much as you’d like.

If you want vampire fangs, please purchase and bring your own pair. Fake blood and other vampire styling can be added with or without them.

$125 | 5 fully edited images | 20–30 minutes
$25 non-refundable deposit to reserve

Sessions are available NOW, with weekday, evening and weekend appointments through Halloween.

I recently had the chance to photograph Tammy and some of the incredible women of The Vermont Beauty Collective, and this shoot was SO much fun.

Seven beautiful women, one sassy little girl, lots of creativity, and a pretty fast pace — they were up for anything I threw at them, and I think we captured some really great marketing images!

But I also have to give these women a huge shoutout. Since getting their galleries, they haven’t just tagged me in their photos — they’ve gone out of their way to share my work, recommend me, and send people my way. As a photographer and fellow small business owner, that kind of support means more than they probably realize.

I’m so happy you all love your photos. Thank you for trusting me with your vision, for making the shoot such a blast, and especially for lifting up my little business right along with yours. That’s what supporting local businesses should look like.

HALLOWEEN SESSIONS ARE HERE (and I'm so FREAKING excited!)

Two ways to play this October — pick your vibe.

VAMP — Studio · $125
This Halloween, we're going red. Dark, romantic, seductive and a little dangerous — your own glamorous vampire portrait. I'll have it all ready: red gown, sheer red lace robe, two dramatic red cathedral veils, red lace gloves, gothic jewelry, vampire fangs, a gothic goblet and styling props. Keep it beautiful and dark, go full vampire with fangs and blood, or land somewhere in between. Gown and robe are one-size-fits-most — bring your own red piece if you'd rather, and we'll build the look around you.

AFTER DARK — Outdoor · $150
When the light disappears, the story begins. An old-fashioned nightgown, a glowing lantern, dark woods and fields, maybe a scarecrow waiting in the distance. Less posing, more cinematic story. I provide two white/ivory nightgowns (M & L), a vintage lantern and a scarecrow mask. Come alone, or bring someone to play the scarecrow — they bring overalls, flannel, old work clothes and boots, I bring the mask. Sizes won't work? Bring your own white or ivory piece and we'll build around you. Beautiful, eerie, romantic or downright creepy — your story goes where you want it.

Each session: 5 fully edited digital images · about 20–30 minutes · wardrobe & props included. Sessions begin October 10, with weekday, evening and weekend appointments. Limited availability through Halloween. Professional vampire makeup may be available as a VAMP add-on — more details to come.
