I’ve been asked several times how I travel alone across the country, especially as a woman. Honestly, I’ve never felt safer.

There are co workers ahead of me and behind me. Dozens of horse trailers passing me on the interstate from Nebraska to Louisiana heading to the same places. Louisiana people that live an hour from me in a Braum’s in the middle of nowhere Kansas.

The rodeo community is seriously so tight knit and spread across the country. Almost any small town, there’s someone you know or have met before, or someone travelling right along with you. They’re all willing to help and constantly checking in because we’re all in the same boat. So thankful for this life. ♥️
