It might have been raining like crazy, but nothing could dampen the spirits of these two lovebirds (or their entire families!) as Zak popped that all-important question to Chloe at Wells Harbor Park in Maine. Their loved ones put so much care into setting up the gazebo with fresh florals and candles, and then surprised them with an engagement party at Litchfield's Bar and Grill immediately afterwards. There's really nothing like witnessing the joy of an entire family coming together to celebrate a young love just beginning their next chapter. Congrats to Zak and Chloe!
