It’s egg month. Here are two ways we egg on a daily basis 🫶🏼🙌🏼
1. Breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs. My trick to the perfect scrambled egg? Add cottage cheese 🙌🏼 I also sneak in all the veggies I can for my kids.
2. Breakfast bowls! I love love love the combo of eggs, sweet potato, sausage, and a homemade yogurt sauce (plain Greek yogurt, chili powder, lime juice, & honey!)
3. Catch me on a motivated day and I’m making Swedish crepes and lingonberries 🫶🏼 crepes are basically all egg haha!!
