Rosener Studios has had a lot happening behind the scenes lately—in the best way. From editing wedding films for other filmmakers and photographers (shoutout to Forest Film and Photo+Video), to working events with the Iowa Restaurant Association, to planning upcoming model shoots, to photographing beautiful moments at Eternity Church in Johnston, and prepping for Christmas minis (COMING VERY SOON)… it’s been a season of growth, creativity, and big-picture dreaming.

Which brings me to something I’ve been considering more seriously: a full-time indoor studio space.

A cozy, intentionally styled spot for portraits, maternity, branding, couples, and all the in-between moments we create together—no weather stress, no reschedules, just consistent light and creative freedom year-round.

Before I take the leap, I’d love to hear from you. Would an indoor studio be something you’d book? What kinds of vibes or setups would you love to see? Natural-light corners? Lifestyle furniture? Seasonal mini backdrops?

✨ September was full of storytelling ✨

This past month I had the joy of capturing so many different moments—from the wonder of the Renaissance Fair, to heartfelt family and children’s portraits, to celebrating milestones with senior photos. I also had the privilege of creating a wedding film, documenting a day filled with love and meaning.

I’m so grateful to every family, senior, and couple who trusted me to capture their memories this month. Each session reminded me why I love what I do—freezing real moments that turn into timeless keepsakes.

Looking ahead, October is already filling with beautiful opportunities: maternity sessions, newborn portraits, more senior photos, and continuing my work documenting worship and community at Eternity Church services. I can’t wait to see the stories this new month will bring.
