I love what it can do, the moments it can make ever lasting, and the stories it can tell whether it is of an individual, couple, or business. I'm still blown away how the smallest of head tilt or micro expression can make the difference if you got the image or not. I pride myself in clients becoming friends and coming back time and again. I'm only happy if my clients are thrilled with my work and

they can't decide their favorites because there are "too many good ones." If you need a headshot for work or social media, a portrait of your family in action, or need to tell the story of your business, I hope you consider me as your photographer.

It’s a grainy digital zoom off my but still captures the moment and my feelings of the kids growing up and moving up and on to bigger and better things as they ride their bikes to school. I miss them already. Experiencing all kinds of emotions with them going off for their first day of a new school, no kids at home, no mother to care for, and Tim at school. At least my dogs are still vying for attention and keeping me company. 😊 It’s the first day of a new era for me. Excited to get back to me and my work. It’s been a very long time since I had that.

Another image made with my phone out the window of the staircase upstairs. This morning I saw two birds share top corner of the roof next door. My square window is like a digital frame that keeps changing. I can’t help but look out each time I pass it to see what new clouds, birds, or moon I can see. We moved a month ago and my office studio is still not setup. My daughter however has her room all decked out in pink. She bought these fabric pink tulips to accent her room and a gave me a few. As I finished late last night at my desk the light from the stairs cast shadows on the walls. I just received some bad news about my mother, she is okay now, but it was still unsettling. I was grateful for the tulips’ distraction and joyful moment they brought me.

I painted the one on the left months ago and started to try and replicate yesterday. The color palette was inspired by redwood trees. I was surprised how calming and nurturing the colors felt. You can see the similarities didn’t last long. 😜each rock is different. My mood is different, so it can’t possibly be the same for me. Even when I try.

So true. There was nothing easy about getting to this point with my collection, but brightening my world and yours is the constant reward.
