I mean we have tri pods and cameras and all that stuff but it was "quicker" to just use our phones, prop it up on the dash and race the timer.. unsuccessfully .. more than once 🥴🫣📸😆 so enjoy some almost family photos as we wrap up the evening. The Badlands was an incredible place to explore and seeing the kids experience it made it even more fun. Which national park is your favorite?

The results are in annnnnd... Life by Lissa finished as a finalist for Best of Findlay in the professional photography section 😳💪📸 We may not have taken 1st place (Congratulations J Warrington Visual Creations 👏🎉) but seeing finalist next to our name feels pretty solid and the names beside ours in the top 3 make me even more proud to be there. From a single beginner camera with no idea where I was heading to... all of this 💥🔥📸😍 I say this often and I mean it every time.. I am so thankful for you all. For your trust and your memories. For following along. For hyping us up and showing up when we ask you to. Thank you for making my dreams possible and for sharing yours. And an extra extra special thank you and congratulations to Cody ! This win ( and Life by Lissa as a whole) would not be as sweet without you. We did this and I cannot wait to see where we are in a year. What a great way to end an evening as we just keep walking into reasons to be thankful 📸🫶😍

Please join me in officially welcoming this sweet bundle of joy into our family. I am someone's grandma... and life just keeps getting sweeter. Watching my daughter become someone's mama has been an experience I am not sure I have words for. Her birth added great to a few titles and turned my grandmothers into great great grandmas. How quickly time has turned moments into memories. Congratulations Aaliyah and Kaiden!! She is the perfect addition and we are proud of the way you are falling into parenting as if it were second nature. Welcome to the world Iniya Marie.
