My next Caturn variation/design is ready! Did you guess which one it is correctly? Did you guess which one it is correctly? I thought i'd try something fun for this reveal :)

Pan is when you're attracted to people regardless of gender, and the prefix pan- can be applied to various forms of attraction.

It's also quite possibly the prettiest flag I've seen– so glad to have it as part of my art series. I have pan caturn stickers and prints in the works, and hope to have bookmarks sometime as well. Let me know if you're interested in the comments and check out my ko-fi.

No pride for some of us without liberation for all of us.

Marsha “Pay It No Mind” Johnson was an activist, self-identified drag queen, performer, and survivor. She was a founding member of the Gay Liberation Front, and is remembered as one of the most significant activists for transgender rights, although the term “transgender” wasn’t commonly used during her lifetime, and Johnson identified as a transvestite, gay and a drag queen, and used she/her pronouns. She was on the front lines of protests against oppressive policing, including the Stonewall Uprising of 1969, and advocated tirelessly on behalf of s*x workers, incarcerated people, and people with HIV/AIDS. Learn more and donate here https://marshap.org/ This is part of a series in the same format, highlighting LGBTQIA+ figures. Feel free to request one!

Sylvia Rivera was a Latina-American drag queen who became one of the most radical gay and transgender activists of the 1960s and 70s. As co-founder of the Gay Liberation Front, Rivera was known for participating in the Stonewall Riots of 1969 and establishing the political organization STAR (Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries) with fellow friend and drag queen, Marsha P. Johnson. Check out the Sylvia Rivera Law Project and donate if you can! https://srlp.org/ This is part of a series in the same format, highlighting LGBTQIA+ figures. Feel free to request one!

A donation will be made with any and every purchase of the respective print from my Pride Sunburst series. In this case, and you can find them on my INPRNT shop https://www.inprnt.com/gallery/sheregenerated13/

I'm proud to have provided Jennifer Shirk, Candidate for Jackson County Commissioner - District 6 campaign's graphic design!

Image ID: Dark blue background with white border and text 'Jennifer Shirk' in white, with a red leaf as the dot for the 'i', and 'For Jackson County Commissioner' beneath it in yellow.

Dear Neighbor,

I’m Jennifer Shirk: educator, social worker, wife, mom, advocate, and candidate for Jackson County Commissioner.

I am running for Commissioner because we need someone who will center the voices of voters and put community needs first— before politics.

My goals include supporting the needs of young families and local businesses, increasing government transparency, implementing fact-based decision-making, and protecting the health of the people in our community. I look forward to getting to know you and how I can best serve our community.

-Jennifer

It’s been such a delight to see the ace booth at Ferndale Pride grow over the years. From one little table (and one year without a tent!) to a thriving purple booth that has growing representation for various orientations that fall under the A in LGBTQIA+ and we plan to be even more inclusive in future years. If you have any suggestions, requests, or other feedback, please let us know! It’s been a team effort to have this every year, and we are always in need of more volunteers. If you’re interested in helping with the ace booth, please reach out or comment below— thank you and see you next year’s 15th annual Ferndale Pride on May 31st, 2025 — Gay in May!

I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since this impromptu ceremony! 📸✨ Katie and I were out taking cosplay photos when we met the newly-engaged Max and Eli (now officially married). They were thrilled to have Katie perform the Thirteenth Doctor’s love speech from Demons of the Punjab to honor their commitment to one another. 💍❤️

“Something I believe in my faith: love, in all its forms, is the most powerful weapon we have because love is a form of hope, and like hope, love abides in the face of everything.” 🌟
