There is something so beautiful about the waiting.

The tiny kicks. The whispered dreams. The way Mama instinctively rests her hands on her growing belly. The excitement of wondering who he'll look like and the anticipation of finally holding him in their arms.

One day, this little boy will be here, and this season of waiting will feel like it passed in the blink of an eye. That's why these moments matter. Not because life is perfect, but because it is changing. Because these ordinary days become the stories we tell later.

I can't wait to meet this sweet little man, who is already so loved. Until then, I'm grateful we captured this chapter—the beginning of his story and the love that was waiting for him long before he arrived. 💙

Come make some "lemonade" with us! Your little ones will have all the ingredients they need and up to 20 minutes of playtime in and around our charming lemonade stand. From pouring and stirring to serving up sweet smiles, there are so many opportunities for genuine moments and memorable photographs.

And because this is Texas and the heat is no joke, every participant can enjoy a cup of real lemonade after all their hard work! 🍋🥤

When we took your senior pictures, I never imagined they would be the last images I would capture of your journey here on earth. You had so much life ahead of you—so many adventures yet to be lived, dreams yet to be chased, and memories yet to be made.

Moments like these are a reminder of why photography matters so much. Photographs are evidence of a life well lived. They become tangible reminders of the people we love, the seasons we share, and the memories that time can never take away. We never know which image will become the one we treasure most someday. That's why every season matters. Every milestone, every ordinary day, every chapter of life deserves to be remembered.

Today, I am grateful for the photographs that tell a small part of your story. They allow us to look back and remember your smile, your spirit, and the things that made you uniquely you.

Since school is back in full swing, let's talk about SENIORS for a moment.

At Sara Mullins Photography, I love creating senior sessions that go beyond traditional cap-and-gown portraits. I want to tell the story of this season of life.

Take this senior, for example. He's a talented cellist, a dedicated water polo player, and part of a swim team that helped set new records. His session wasn't built around trendy poses or generic backdrops. Instead, it was centered on the places and passions that shaped his high school years.

I love that we photographed on his school campus, incorporating spaces where he spent countless hours training, competing, and growing. I love the images at the pool that reflect his commitment and hard work. I love the way he seems larger than life sitting in the courtyard with his cello, showcasing a talent he's worked years to develop.

One day, when he looks back at these photographs, I hope he remembers more than just the way he looked. I hope he remembers the excitement, the friendships, the victories, the challenges, and what it felt like to stand on the edge of a brand-new chapter.

That's the kind of senior experience I want to create for the Class of 2027—images that tell your story.
