Body + Mind. Intentionally Connected. Somatic Wellness Space
Downtown Dothan HALO is the space I needed, so I built it for us. It comes from recognition.

After I learned to hold myself first, I've chose to hold space for others without losing who I am. I spent years in the Navy, years in marketing, years helping people find the right words, the right direction, the right alignment. And somewhere in the middle of all that movement, I learned how to sit in stillness. read intuitively, not to tell you who you are, but to reflect what your heart is already whispering. I believe clarity doesn’t come from answers.
