To my clients:
Due to the recent court rulings involving AI generated sexual images of minors being technically “protected by the 1st amendment”, not only am I disgusted, but I will be making changes to my business.
Going forward, I will no longer publicly post photographs of anyone under the age of 18. Protecting my clients and their families is incredibly important to me, and with how easily images can now be downloaded, altered, and misused, I feel this is the right decision.
I will absolutely continue photographing children, families, seniors, and events. Your images will still be delivered privately, and moving forward, all client galleries containing minors will require a PIN to access.
