Following a rupture of their pipeline in north central Kansas, which spilled more than half a million gallons of oil on a hillside draining into a creek, the EPA has determined how much to fine them. (see article in comments). In our "Hot Times in the Heartland" production, Moti Rieber of Kansas Interfaith Action provided his assessment of the situation.
