As I’m about to dive head first into the second half of wedding season, it felt like the right time to reintroduce myself 🫶🏼
I’m Averie — a destination wedding photographer blending film and digital into one perspective. I thrive on a soulful, editorial drama while also balancing a simple, honest, and romantic narrative (oxymoron? I think not🕺). In a world that moves too fast, I choose the intentionality of film. While digital allows me to be immersive and fluid. Two very different mediums, one main purpose!!!!
The first half of this year has me completely overwhelmed with gratitude and humility. Although I’ve always been quite good with words, I often find myself struggling to convey the appreciation I have for the blessings I’ve been given in this field. The people I’ve met, the places I have and have yet to travel, the connections and relationships I’ve built…
At the core of it all, I value real and intentional human connection, and this year’s couples and clients have shown me exactly that. I’m SO excited for the blessings I’ve been given and what is to come.
