If you’ve never considered the North Shore for your engagement session, let me make the case.
Within just a couple hours along Highway 61 you have waterfalls, tall pines, dramatic cliff edges, dark sandy beaches, and the shoreline of Lake Superior, which is not what people expect. It is enormous and often has a tight grip on our weather around here. It stops people in their tracks every single time.
But beyond how it looks, it’s about how it feels. There’s something about being surrounded by that much wild, open space that makes people relax in a way that a park or a downtown street just can’t replicate. The noise of the water drowns out the concerns. The scale of everything makes the small moments between two people feel even more intimate.
Engagement sessions up here rarely feel like just a photoshoot. They feel like a really good day outside with someone you love and that’s exactly what they should feel like 🌊
