Realizing I never shared this session from a few weeks ago at The Farmyard! It’s Sunday, and my powers out 🫠 Before my laptop dies, I’m putting the final touches on a proposal for a big project that’s coming up in August, responding to a future client, filing and paying my quarterly taxes(yay business ownership), and I might try to sneak in a nap before work tonight at 11. Hope y’all stayed safe in those storms last night - we sure needed the rain! Have a great rest of your weekend everyone!

Hey! Hi! Hello! 👋🏻 It’s been awhile!
After getting back from vacation, I had the pleasure of photographing the 2026 Baltimore County Farm Bureau Ag Ambassador Contest. Contestants participated in one-on-one interviews, answered fishbowl questions, and shared their passion for agriculture while explaining how they hope to educate and advocate for our industry.

As someone who grew up in agriculture(and had the honor of being a Miss in 2011!), hearing these contestants speak so passionately about our industry was a reminder that its future is in good hands. Their willingness to share agriculture and educate others is something worth celebrating! Congrats to all 🌾

Taking a moment today to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day. We live such comfortable lives here in America, while our service members serve day in and day out, to protect the freedoms that we have. And that freedom is oftentimes paid for by the blood of our patriots. Today we remember the men and women who gave everything for this country and the freedoms we so often take for granted. Their sacrifice is impossible to truly repay, but remembering them and honoring them is how we ensure they are never forgotten.
