Introducing the official Autumn View Photography Client Closet: Spring + Summer Collection! 💐💕🥰

This is something I’ve been dreaming about doing for a while, and I am SO excited to announce that IT’S READY! Every single piece in this collection was carefully chosen with my clients in mind. I wanted a variety of colors, sizes, and styles that are flattering, photograph beautifully, and feel timeless without being boring. More than anything, I wanted to create something that makes your photoshoot experience just a little bit easier.

We all know how stressful it can be as a mom (aka ringleader)… that’s why the client closet is here: “one less thing for Mom to worry about.”

And because you guys know I LOVE putting together mood boards, I’m taking that one step further, too. When I provide your mood board, I’m happy to include links and suggestions for the rest of your family so you don’t have to spend hours trying to figure out what coordinates. I will also recommend pieces based on your specific location and the overall look we’re going for.

Please don’t feel limited by the pieces in this collection! I intentionally chose dresses that are neutral enough to photograph beautifully and coordinate easily, but I never want your photos to feel like anyone else’s. Make them your own. Add your favorite shoes, jewelry, accessories, your own personal style, or coordinate the rest of your family in a way that feels like YOU. These dresses are simply another tool to help you do that… not a formula for what your photos have to look like.

People ask me all the time if I take 1,000 photoshoots of my son because I’m a photographer. And honestly…. No i do not LOL. Who has the time to pull out a mirrorless camera & attach a lens when you’re stopping a toddler from running into the street?! BUT sometimes… all hands are on deck and the moment is too good to pass up. This was one of those. Our little man has demanded “BOOT” and “OUSIDE” as soon as he wakes up every day. Loving this phase of toddler parenthood 💐🥰

Extended family sessions are so special to me. Seeing your loved ones love on your baby hits like nothing else. 💛💛💛 The beach is easily becoming one of my fav spots to shoot and the OBX did not disappoint! The water was blue and the sky was pink. 🌅😍

Hiiiii!!! Lots of new friends here so it’s probably time for a proper introduction. My name is Mackenzie, today is my birthday 🥳 and I cry on my way home from most shoots. 🤪💓

For my entire life, I knew I wanted to be a mommy. That was the dream. In 2025, my dream came true with our sweet son. I never thought I’d find something that fulfilled me equally as much as this role does. Photography started as a creative outlet and a way to build something of my own. Somewhere along the way, it’s evolved into so much more. It’s become a true passion that I genuinely love. And yes, I cry on my way home from photoshoots. 🤣 HAPPY tears. Because I’m just so grateful to be running a business that fills my cup in a way I never expected. From the art of the process to the client relationships, all of it brings me so much joy.

This little farm is a big part of my story. Countless sessions here over 3 years. My family spends our mornings here picking blueberries, and our evenings getting ice cream. We even did our own family pics here! It’s a place that feels like home, it’s the first place I recommend to all of my clients. So, it only felt right to do my branding pics here. Thank you to Laurie Scoggins for letting me grow here, alongside these pretty flowers. 💐
