When L asked me to photograph her wedding, I expected it to be magical but I didn’t quite know how magical it would be. From the venue, to the florals, the cake, and all the little details, she and her loved ones made this day so special. This is it. These are those days. The ones you’ll miss, that you’ll reminisce about in just a few short years. We’ve all seen the reels/memes about the number of summers you have with your kids at each age. There are just a few where eating popsicles and running through the sprinklers are their joy, their best day. The little moments—their toes stepping on the sprinkler, their tiny sticky hands reaching for you, their tired yawns as they collapse on you. It’s worth documenting. I promise.
