BIG UPDATE - PLEASE READ:
It's been a while since I posted anything, but life gets busy. However, I wanted to make a quick update on some changes being made:
- After this month's prior commitments, I will no longer be photographing weddings. With two young, energetic, growing boys, I need to be able to put more attention to that, and less into weeks of editing one shoot. I WILL continue all other shoots (seniors, couples, families, engagements, etc.).
- I am expanding what I do in other capacities: As I am continuing with photography, I am also looking to extend into videography, and music (PA Systems and Mics). I have a little experience in both, and I own my own equipment for each thing. My goal is not to be a famous DJ, so I'm calling myself a "musician" in this category, being able to MC and bring loud speakers for dance music at weddings. For videography, I'll be honest: it's such a neat option to provide for a wedding, and takes much less time to edit and create after it's been shot.
- My prices are increasing slightly in adjustment to these changes, and the high prices of living in general:
PHOTROGRAPHY RATE: Originally $175, now $200.
VIDEOGRAPHY RATE: $100 per minute of completed video (up to five minutes). Anything over five minutes, and the entire video becomes $85 per minute of completed video (i.e., a five-minute video would cost $500, but a six-minute video would cost $510, saving you $90, because the entire video would only cost $85/minute, not just the minutes after five).
MUSIC RATE: For coming to DJ a wedding (again, not a pro with a turntable, just a guy with nice speakers, microphones, and music-playing capabilities) is $500 for 8-Hours. That includes your pre-ceremony, procession, communions, recession, ambient dinner music, dances, toasts, any announcements you need made, and send-offs.
I hope this all makes sense! Of course, if you have any questions, please reach out here, or message me for more info!
