Magnets! I've now added magnets to my space at Art Central: A Co-Op Gallery 🤩.

I make my prints, greeting cards, and now magnets myself and these were super fun to figure out how to make!

I will absolutely be doing a fun holiday series of these (AFTER HALLOWEEN) but till then stop by and see all magnets fall/Halloween/cozy!

This last weekend was the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition and while I didn't participate this year, I did/do still get to fondly reflect on the painting I did for it last year!

2 years ago I painted a Common Buckeye butterfly, and it sold so in 2025 I thought I'd get a little more creative with the butterfly theme and paint what LOOKS like a close-up of a monarch wing, but it's actually that of a Queen Butterfly

Fall has officially arrived at the gallery! 🍂🎨

I’ve been a little quiet around here (insert something about growing a human baby and trying to complete major house projects before he's here in early December 🤪)

BUT I’m back and SO excited about all the new art and fall decor filling up my space at Art Central!

I’ve also got a whole new collection of greeting cards... 30 designs in all, including animals, florals, and lots of fall and seasonal favorites.

If you’re in the OKC area, come wander through Art Central (Quail Springs Mall, next to The Blue Zoo) and see what’s new! There’s lots to look at, and I’ve got plenty of colorful little pieces perfect for bringing some art home without breaking the bank.

More new work coming to the feed over the next few days! (Hopefully 😅👀)

The new collection is up at !

I wanted to switch gears and focus on "The Art of Getting Away." This is usually a time of year when still is over and families are looking at vacations or just some time to unwind from "Maycember"

And "getting away" means different things to people! For some it could be an elaborate carefully-planned week-long excursion, others it could be a spontaneous weekend road trip or even just a few peaceful hours at their favorite coffee shop.

If you could go anywhere tomorrow, where works you go??

I've been craving some mountains, so I'd probably teleport (because driving 12 hours is no bueno) myself to a secluded cabin in the Rockies 😁

Stop by the bakery (ESPECIALLY on a Thunder playoff day!) and grab a treat and check out the new art!

Coffee, cupcakes… and a wall full of spring 🤩☕🌸

I'm super excited to announce a new collection "The Joy of Spring" is now hanging at Sweet Friends Bakery in Edmond!

Showcasing vivid florals, happy little creatures, and ALL the color that the "Joy of Spring" deserves.

All the artwork on display is also available for purchase, and if you see a certain piece you connect with, you can take it home immediately! (you can pay for it in-store, or through Venmo/Cash app)

I hope my art has visitors leaving the bakery with a little extra happiness, and maybe an extra dessert... or painting! 🤪

And now for something completely different!

I’ve been wanting to learn digital art for some time now (I tried learning a few times in the past but it didn’t stick) and recently I discovered online courses from Lisa Bardot of Artmakersclub.com and I’ve REALLY enjoyed the classes and learning, they are easy to follow for an absolute newbie like myself, and they are short (15-30 min tho there are longer more in-depth lessons too)

These are some of the lessons I’ve completed so far (The goose one is a free YouTube video on her “Bardot Brush” channel) and while these aren’t “gallery worthy” creations, I’m excited to see what I’ll learn and draw digitally this year!

For Valentine's Day, you can't get much more romantic than the "City of Love" 😁

For a less romantic fact, I was extra motivated to try painting this after playing the game "Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, a once-in-a-generation video game with one of THE greatest soundtracks I've ever heard in a video game.

Seriously, even if you hate video games and everything about them, check out the soundtrack (by Lorien Testard). The soundtrack is 8+ hours (insane), and is so good, it's been sitting at the top of the Billboard Classical charts since it came out almost a year ago 🤯

Anyways, the 8x10" original of this is available at Art Central: A Co-Op Gallery in addition to prints and greeting cards (which are also available at Stompin’ Grounds Market ... get that someone special a fun piece of art (and if they also played Exp. 33, they'll REALLY love it 🤣)
