This photoshoot has been my favorite. To carry the life of my child and be able to make my vision a reality with my camera lens was such an empowering accomplishment with my boys there. What makes it special 13 years of waiting for my little miracle baby and he is now 2 months. Who knows if I will get to be a mother again so this is why I'm treasuring this so much.

20 years have passed and in those 20 years our lives have changed immensely. My life and I'm sure the life of many others changed forever this day. As a child I became aware of evil greater than strangers offering you candy or the usual dangers of daily living. I learned that people are ok with hating and hurting innocent people trying to take our freedom, trying to instill fear and hurt. Yet it only made us united it made us stronger but most of all made us love. We are in a country where we have forgotten quite a bit of our need to be united because in a united country evil and injustice will not win!
