For Cici’s session, we met at the beautiful Franklin Mountains. This sweet 10-year-old Golden Retriever did an amazing job and soaked up every moment. “My name is Vanny and I’ve been a fitness instructor since 2012, recently obtaining my Pilates certification last year and absolutely LOVING the benefits! From mobility, strength, and flexibility, I’m still on my own weight loss journey, but one thing I’ve learned is the importance of celebrating the wins, embracing the process, and enjoying every moment.
