Been a long time. Weather changes in the area making it harder to image the cosmos.
Finally got some clear skies and images approximately 7.5 hours of photos collected.
Since I haven't images in a long time I decided to go for something that would be easy to image and process.
Shot with SVBony OSC cooled to -10°C from ambient with SVBony dual band filter, combined with Astro tech AT70ED, all on top of an AM5 mount. Auto guided with ZWO 120MM.

SVBony 405cc, AT70ED, ZWO120mm guide camera, Orion 50mm guide scope, SVBony 7nm duo-band filter. All on top of ZWO AM5 mount.

My favorite target is up in the night sky!
The Veil Nebula or Cygnus Loop.
Shot with an Astro Tech AT70ED paired with an SVBony 405cc, 0.8x reducer and SVBony 7nm Duo-band filter. All on top of a ZWO AM5 mount.
This is approximately 7 hours of data.

IC1318 in the false Hubble palette. Same data as previous image, but just changed up the processing.

Sadr Region/IC 1318: Butterfly Nebula.
Location: Cygnus Constellation.

Finally got some clear skies! Feels like it's been months since I last imaged.
M16: The Eagle Nebula. Shot with Astro tech AT70ED, Hotech field flattener, SVBony duo-band 7nm H-a/O3 filter and SVBony 405cc. Auto guided with Orion 50mm mini and ZWO 120mm guide camera. All on top of the ZWO AM5 mount. Image acquisition through N.I.N.A.

IC405: The Flaming Star Nebula. A Re-Process using PixInsight for the initial pre-processing then using PhotoShop for more of the fine tuning and layer masking to bring out more detail and target specific parts of the nebula. Combining 2 powerful image processing applications to bring out the most of these large structures in space.

I need to get an RC Telescope one of these days specifically for galaxy season...
Here is M101: The Pinwheel Galaxy. A 2-night venture of getting a color image and an image trying to get Hydrogen-Alpha wavelength (mainly for nebulae) to enhance your image from all the previous years. You can't really see it in the original, but the 1:1 you can notice the spots of red/magenta that signify the nebulae in a whole different galaxy. How insane is that? 21 million light-years away, and able to capture the light from nebulae from another galaxy. Another reason why this hobby will never get old for me. There's always new discoveries and new things to try when imaging the cosmos.
A plus, though, when doing wide field imaging is being able to see other more distant galaxies. A hobbyist astronomer, from their backyard, able to image galaxies millions of light-years from Earth. Mind blowing.

It's been a hot minute. Finally some clear skies! Going for an easy one since it's been a while.
