Good afternoon! Thank you for your patience as we worked to get all the official Photo Day information, pricing and ordering details together!

Please see the attached price sheet and important ordering notes. Please take a moment to review everything before your scheduled session. There are a few teams that have requested schedule changes. This is up to date as of today, but please check back or reach out to your coach if there are any questions.

Team photos will be created as composites, so missing players will not prevent the rest of the team from being photographed. Anyone who misses their team’s scheduled session may coordinate with us to attend an available flex or makeup time.

If an entire team needs to reschedule, the coach should contact Rick to coordinate a move to an available flex time.

A $10 gallery deposit is required for an online gallery to be prepared, and the full $10 will be applied toward your gallery purchase.

Ky Sports Pics is excited to support EAYF’s mission by donating 10% of all Photo Day sales directly back to the organization.

We’re looking forward to photographing all of the EAYF athletes and cheerleaders this season! If you have any questions after reviewing the attached information, please feel free to reach out.
