NEVER buy a ASUS computer. I purchased one from Best Buy less than a year ago, purchased the warranty plan and all and it’s done nothing but give me trouble. It’s crashed for the 2nd time! I paid $900 for this and they refuse to replace or give me my money back. With that being said I have nothing! So if you have your thumb drives hang onto them because I do not have back ups anymore. If this causes anyone any inconvenience I’m so sorry, it’s technologically out of my control. 😩
