He’s a few months old, but you’ll always see him like this.
Coming into Ann and Robs house and documenting Lucas in his first days brought me so many emotions. It brought me back to my baby and his first days with us.
I craved this session so badly.

And for those of you who are nervous to book a newborn session because you don’t know how your baby will be, don’t stress that. That’s the absolute last thing on my mind when I get to document these moments. We take so many breaks and let your baby lead the session🩵

sweet sweet newborn session🤱🏻
I know I mentioned yesterday how I had a full circle moment for a session, this one was a big full circle moment.
A few years back, Emily and Mike welcomed me into their first home to document their first baby. He was the first official newborn I got to photograph and that’s so special to be invited back to capture their second addition in their second home! It was such an emotional experience. Emily and were able to chit chat about breastfeeding, sleep and all that jazz.
I’m truly so thankful I get the opportunity to document these special moments and have such beautiful relationships with people. I love so many aspects of this art and it’s seriously a blessing to connect with everyone I get the chance to cross paths with.

Absolutely no rhyme or reason for the order of these photos. Just wanted to share all parts of Hilary and Sean’s big day. 11/08/2024 was filled with laughter, bright sun, Starbucks, no sweat pills, butt touches, outfit changes, bus rides, the best hype ladies, WIND, soft vows, intricate details, Dave Mathews, natty boh, bad golf jokes (on my end), breaking of the glass, chants, squeezing in elevators, beer men, (instead of flower girls) tearful speeches and the list goes on.
It was an absolute honor to document this day. I met so many wonderful people, guests and vendors AND I saw many people I knew and got to catch up with a bit! All around a beautiful day was had😉

Colin spent months planning the perfect proposal for Aly, and it went off flawlessly! He planned to pop the question at the ice cream creamery and had a whole surprise engagement party lined up afterward.

I was sweating bullets. And it’s a long story, but Aly almost saw me! I’ll keep it short and simple—basically, I’m a ninja, and she never saw me until after he proposed! 🙌🏻
