When two incredibly talented friends say, “Hey, can you photograph our branding session?” … the answer is **HECK YES!**

I had such a blast photographing Kriston Merrill and Journey Owens, two ladies who are seriously **MAGIC at what they do!**

Kriston is a straight-up hair wizard, and Journey? That girl works some serious makeup magic! Put these two together and you already know the results are going to be 🔥🔥🔥.

And let me tell you something from a wedding photographer’s perspective…

When I walk into a wedding and see **Kriston + Journey** taking care of the bride and bridal party, I’m immediately like, “WHEW! We’re good!” 😂🙌🏽 I already know my brides are going to be looking AMAZING, feeling confident, and camera ready. That makes my job SO much easier!

I’m so thankful they reached out and trusted me to capture their branding session. It was an absolute pleasure, a whole lot of fun, and honestly… just another excuse to do what I love.
Kriston & Journey, keep doing what you do, because y’all are **GOOD at it!**

I’ve been photographing Carley since she was in the single digits. She was actually part of my very first family session when I was just getting started in photography. Now, years later, I have the incredible honor of photographing her wedding.

It means so much to me to have been able to capture her bridals and be part of such a special chapter in her life. We forgot the bouquet and we still managed to create some beautiful images!

Tucker’s senior session was such a great one! This young man has some great ideas and a clear vision for his future continuing his family’s legacy in agriculture and heading to NC State to pursue agriculture.

He’s such a level headed, hardworking young man, and it’s honestly refreshing to see young people with that kind of direction and purpose. I really enjoyed spending time with Tucker and capturing this special season of his life.

Tucker, I wish you nothing but the best as you start this next chapter! Proud to have been a small part of your senior year.

It's always exciting to see your work in print, especially when it's a wedding you've had the honor of photographing. There's just something special about seeing those memories come to life in a magazine.

Zuhila Bridal looked beautiful, even with the crazy wind! We hiked up and the temperature changed quickly.
We were freezing at this elevation, and the wind didn't help, but we pushed through and made the most of it. The cold was worth it because we got some amazing shots.
